This is my morning treat!

Ingredients
1 can of coconut milk (I prefer one without guar gum)
1 tsp of homemade healing spice blend
1-2 tsp of honey and/or 1 date
1 scoop of collagen

Directions

  1. Heat coconut milk in a small sauce pan.
  2. Carefully add heated coconut milk to blender with healing spice blend, honey/date, and collagen.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Top with extra cinnamon and enjoy!
