Homemade Healing Spice Blend for RA

Ingredients
3 tbsp + 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
1 3/4 tsp nutmeg
1 3/4 tsp ground cloves
3 tbsp organic unsweetened cacao powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cardamom

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
